This poled route starts from Jacks Pass and climbs through alpine scrub onto the main ridge which is followed to the summit. From here you can enjoy the views up the Clarence river and across towards the Lewis Pass.

Only recommended for fit experienced trampers. This is sub -alpine terrain and tracks may be closed in winter due to snow.
